Who Is Queen Khadijah? As a young girl, I started writing poetry as a way of self expression. The way I thought about certain subjects or events that occurred in my life, I wrote them down and collected them to be able to have a reference. As I got older, I started going to poetry events and acted out my poems on stage, to me this was powerful. I love being able to “perform”, so I looked into acting. I began working as an extra in independent films and performing in a few plays. After that I appeared in many projects such as, Natural Hair website model with L’Oreal, a tradeshow model for Soft Sheen-Carson and Luster’s hair care companies as well as appearances in print ads for Mercedes Benz, Tide detergent and Fashion Shows starring 50 Cent and Farnsworth Bentley, I'm also a worship and praise dancer for my church (Stone Temple) I’ve since matured in my craft and constantly stay persistent in my pursuit of success. I’m a single mother of three boys; so even though I love what I do and I put my heart & soul into it, the determination and passion I exude is not just for me it’s for the betterment of my children’s future. God has placed so many wonderful people in my path to help me to succeed, and I won’t stop until I am where I need to be!
